JULY 3-6
We’ve planned a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend with meditation and power vinyasa classes.
The yoga classes will be mostly power vinyasa yoga, linking movement with the breath, moving your body through both power and restorative poses, available for all levels and abilities.
The classes will be theme-based, creative and balanced. You will experience a safe and nurturing practice, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized. There will be one restorative class during the retreat.
The classes will take place during the morning and evening and you’ll have plenty of free time to enjoy at the pool or beach.
