The retreat
We’ve chosen this special location because of it’s unique and right on beach location from where we will enjoy together the most beautiful sunrise.
We’ll have the entire location just for us, to immerse ourselves in the experience of a retreat by the beach with like-minded people, eating delicious food, connecting and practicing yoga and meditation.
Imagine soaking up the warm sunshine, feeling the sea breeze and moving with your breath alongside your retreat family. We are prepared to offer you a most special experience and you are welcome to join, whether you’ve never practiced yoga before or you’re an experienced practitioner.
The venue
Secluded in the north area of Olimp resort, Hacienda de Mare is situated on it’s own private beach at Copahavana. You will also have access to the beach inside the neighboring property, the pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.
Accommodation
You can choose between a spot in a double room, a duplex apartment or one with direct sea view. All rooms and apartments have a private bathroom and include Wi-Fi, cable TV and air conditioning.
What’s included
Accommodation. Two nights accommodation at Hacienda de Mare.
Food. All meals during the stay are included and served at the hotel restaurant Anika by the sea.
Yoga, meditation and workshops. Daily meditation, yoga classes and workshops.
Transportation is not included.

Facilitator
Alexandra Negulescu
Alexandra, co-founder of Mpower Yoga, is a RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training and Level One and Two graduate with Baptiste Yoga who is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a way of living.
Her extensive trainings in Thailand and US with the Baptiste Institute have given her access to create anything she wants.
When not teaching, Alexandra is writing on her blog about well-being and lifestyle, and is inspired by the beauty of discovery and transformation.
