Our intention is to challenge, deepen and help you progress your yoga practice while allowing you time during the day to relax, reconnect with yourself and explore this magical island.
Our retreats are fun and inspiring and will help open your heart, mind, and body to move you toward a more conscious and empowered life.
Whether new to yoga or well-established in your yoga practice, our classes are for all levels.
Please note that everything is optional. It’s your vacation, so you choose your yoga adventure during your stay.
Our home for six nights will be a private villa in Ubud surrounded by a beautiful rice field with a direct jungle view in front of an infinity pool.
You’ll stay in a same-sex shared twin room. Each room has a smart TV, amenities, an en-suite bathroom, views, and a balcony (pool and jungle view). All commune spaces invite you to relax or lounge by the pool.
Accomodation. Six nights accommodation. The entire villa is reserved just for us.
Food. Breakfast & dinner are included and cooked by a private chef. Some evenings we will dine at the restaurant.
Yoga, meditation. Daily meditation, yoga classes, yoga nidra led by Alexandra Negulescu.
Activities. Ancient sound healing session, and other activities that will be announced soon.

Airport transfers. We can easily arrange this for you if needed.

Additional food, snacks, and drinks.
7:30 am - 9:00 am. A 90-min yoga session to start the day. Morning yoga class will vary every day.
9:30 am - 11:00 am. A delicious and healthy brunch at the villa.
11:30 am - 4:30 pm. This is your free time to chill by the pool, get a massage or spa treatment, read a book, nap, or explore everything Bali offers. Most of our scheduled activities will take place during this time.
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm. A blissful evening yoga class, we often delve deep into a restorative, yin yoga, yoga nidra, or a combination of these.
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. You can enjoy your evening + dinner at the villa cooked by a private chef or at the restaurant some nights.
Alexandra, as a multi-passionate person, is many things: the founder of Mpower Yoga, a yoga teacher, and a mindset and productivity coach.
The love she shares for power vinyasa yoga sits at the core of her yoga practice. Today, she's sharing yoga as a way of living, and the beauty of personal transformation inspires her work as a performance coach.
She has multiple certifications in yoga, such as a 200h teacher training, several international pieces of training with Baptise Yoga, breathwork and yoga nidra facilitator, and a certified life and business coach.
