The beginner's course is made up of 9 multimedia assignments. You can navigate through the program at your own pace, and you can always retake the assignments. You’ll have lifetime access to the course.

I'm here to guide you through a transformative experience. I'm Alexandra, the co-founder of Mpower Yoga, and I'm your yoga teacher in this course.

She is the person who taught me for the first time how to enter deeper into the poses and to get out of my head. I can say that I was restless in the first classes. I was adding some personal moves into each yoga pose. It was challenging to stay still in one pose for a few seconds without moving. It took a while to just focus my attention on one single point. Even though I felt gloomy on the way to yoga, Alexandra's voice and teachings managed to make me think of many other aspects of life that I simply could not see before.
It all started with a knee pain, which would not go away with any of the medicines or treatments. I found out about a new yoga studio in town and decided to give it a try. Won’t lie. I’ve been skeptical at the beginning and didn't trust those yoga healing rumors. I was surprised. Alexandra, my favorite yoga teacher ever, took me through all the possible stages, from confusion to clear mind, from agony to excitement, from sadness to happiness. And, few practices later my knee pain said “goodbye".
