THE COURSE
If you are new to meditation or you’ve practiced it before this course will help you find calmness and you will gain the foundations of mindfulness to apply in any area of your life.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
A set of 7 guided meditations ranging from 10 to 20 minutes led by Alexandra Negulescu to navigate at your own pace.
Reflect on your practice by using the workbooks to write down your thoughts after each meditation.
We’ve included 2 extra meditations to take whenever you need: for better sleep and loving kindness.
What is the effort?
This course is made up of 12 multimedia assignments. It includes a welcome video and one where you will learn how to set up for meditation, 7 audio guided meditations, 2 bonus meditations and a workbook for practice reflections.

She is the person who taught me for the first time how to enter deeper into the poses and to get out of my head. I can say that I was restless in the first classes.
