She is the person who taught me for the first time how to enter deeper into the poses and to get out of my head. I can say that I was restless in the first classes. I was adding some personal moves into each yoga pose. It was challenging to stay still in one pose for a few seconds without moving. It took a while to just focus my attention on one single point. Even though I felt gloomy on the way to yoga, Alexandra's voice and teachings managed to make me think of many other aspects of life that I simply could not see before.
It all started with a knee pain, which would not go away with any of the medicines or treatments. I found out about a new yoga studio in town and decided to give it a try. Won’t lie.
