The 21 Days To Step Into Your Power program starts on January 11. It is designed to help you create your best self version. It’s a program that combines three daily practices - meditation, yoga asana and journaling - with the intention to transform your life.

A set 18 recorded yoga classes in which you will learn the basics, gain stability and flexibility, and ignite your power.
3 workshops that will help you prepare and practice in a safe way for mobility and flexibility, crow pose and inversions.
As a bonus you’ll get access to our 9 Meditations for Anxiety and Stress to get grounded and centered.
What is the effort?
Participating in this 21-day yoga program means committing to practicing at least 30min of yoga every day for 21 days straight. Each week will have one rest day in which you can rest but also to go through the workshops. It offers you a structure for creating strength and flexibility in your body to achieve your wellness goal.
Is it for you?
This program offers something for everyone irrespective of your body size, flexibility, and yoga experience. Yourl journey through specific yoga classes that will gradually develop your confidence into the practice and start reaping the benefits of body-mind wellness.

She is the person who taught me for the first time how to enter deeper into the poses and to get out of my head. I can say that I was restless in the first classes. I was adding some personal moves into each yoga pose. It was challenging to stay still in one pose for a few seconds without moving. It took a while to just focus my attention on one single point.
