We commit our best to guiding you through a transformative journey by empowering mind-body wellness through the practice of power yoga and mindfulness.
We just really love power yoga and we believe it is for every body out there to try it and then make this practice an important part of their life. Why? Because linking breath and movement gives us amazing rewards: from controlling the weight to reducing stress and enhancing focus. The body can do amazing things if the mind is willing.
We disrupt “business as usual” on and off the mat as courage, kindness, and inclusivity are at the heart of everything we do. We’re about creating a yogi community through sweat, hard work, reflection and laughter, because we know we are more powerful together.
This is how you should prepare for your first class.
Yoga is for everybody. Your age, fitness level, or body type, does not matter- our classes are designed and delivered with everybody in mind.

You lose electrolytes when you sweat, especially potassium and sodium, and this loss can cause muscle cramps, confusion, and fatigue.
It’s important to eat two to four hours before your class. Your body will need the energy, but try not to eat anything within an hour of hitting the mat.
You may occasionally feel lightheaded or overwhelmed , especially if it’s your first time. Resting will give your body a chance to calm down.
As a new student new to our studio, you get 30 days of unlimited yoga classes. Try as many classes as you wish, meet our teachers, and discover how a regular yoga practice can support your health and well-being.
For new students only.
Either you are a complete beginner or you just want to deepen your practice and learn something new for yourself, the program will provide you with key information about pranayama (breath), asana (posture) and dhyana (meditation), leaving you prepared to start a constant yoga practice.
