These eight live classes are designed to introduce you to the basics of yoga. Either if you are a complete beginner or you want to deepen your practice and learn something new for yourself. From the comfort of your home you’ll be guided step-by-step through an empowering yoga journey.
This series will provide you with key information about pranayama (breath) and asana (posture), leaving you prepared to start a constant yoga practice.
During these four weeks, everything you’ll learn will help you create a strong foundation, strength, flexibility, and it is going to leave you moving with confidence on your mat.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm
Each class has a 30 min duration.
Alexandra, co-founder of Mpower Yoga, is a RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training and Level One and Two graduate with Baptiste Yoga who is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a way of living.
Her extensive trainings in Thailand and US with the Baptiste Institute have given her access to create anything she wants.
When not teaching, Alexandra is writing on her blog about well-being and lifestyle, and is inspired by the beauty of discovery and transformation.
