About

As promised, we thought about creating for you more events in which we can connect, socialise and practice yoga. We know that connecting with other people is a big part of our lifestyle and that's why we made it an important aspect of our mission as well.

We will start with a Slow Flow yoga class with Alexandra Negulescu and Emilia Oprea and then we move to the food area where we will enjoy some nice food and drinks.

We will follow all the health measurements assuring 2 metres between each participant.

Bring your yoga mat & towel. If you don't have a mat just let us know in advance so we can bring one for you.

Water, espresso or a cappuccino, croissant or pain au chocolat.

Fried eggs, bread, butter, sautéed vegetables, misticanza salad. Scrambled eggs, bread, butter, tomatoes and cucumbers salad. Poached eggs, avocado, bread and misticanza salad.

Emilia Oprea MPowerYoga

Emilia Oprea

Emilia is a passionate yoga practitioner for over 6 years now and through her travel around the world she experienced all the different styles of yoga and communities. Because she fell in love with all the beautiful ways in which yoga can touch people in a positive way, she made her dream come true of opening a yoga studio with Mpower Yoga.

In late 2020 she decided to take the next step and enter a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with renown teachers Patrick Beach and Carling Harps.

Her sincere goal in her teaching is to help people learn how to show up for themselves, practice compassion, self love, and use their yoga practice as a tool to make them feel empowered and capable of achieving even what seems impossible.

Emilia enjoys new experiences and she is always open to learning. She wants to bring her personality into the practice. She hopes you will find her classes playful, inspiring, challenging and fresh. Striving to bring these beautiful things off the mat, into your day to day life.

Alexandra Negulescu

Alexandra, co-founder of Mpower Yoga, is a RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training and Level One and Two graduate with Baptiste Yoga who is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a way of living.

Her extensive trainings in Thailand and US with the Baptiste Institute have given her access to create anything she wants.

When not teaching, Alexandra is writing on her blog about well-being and lifestyle, and is inspired by the beauty of discovery and transformation.
