A yoga class followed by brunch? Now that's a Sunday well spent!

About

As promised, we thought about creating for you more events in which we can connect, socialise and practice yoga. We know that connecting with other people is a big part of our lifestyle and that's why we made it an important aspect of our mission as well.

We will start with a Slow Flow class with Alexandra Negulescu and Ana Marin, and then we move to the food area where we will enjoy some nice food and drinks.

We will follow all the health measurements assuring 2 metres between each participant.

Bring your yoga mat & towel. If you don't have a mat just let us know in advance so we can bring one for you.

Price: 160 lei, 20% for Mpower Yoga members (128 lei). The price includes the yoga class and the brunch.

Brunch Menu

Water, espresso or a cappuccino, croissant or pain au chocolat.

Vegan Menu - Avocado sandwich, hummus and baby spinach & misticanza salad.
Vegetarian Menu - Omelette, bread, butter & tomato and cucumber salad.
Vegetarian Menu - Poached eggs with avocado and pita & misticanza salad.
Non-Vegetarian Menu - African eggs with bacon and beans, pancetta, butter & misticanza salad.

Alexandra Negulescu MPowerYoga

Alexandra Negulescu

Alexandra, co-founder of Mpower Yoga, is a RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training and Level One and Two graduate with Baptiste Yoga who is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a way of living.

Her extensive trainings in Thailand and US with the Baptiste Institute have given her access to create anything she wants.

When not teaching, Alexandra is writing on her blog about well-being and lifestyle, and is inspired by the beauty of discovery and transformation.

Ana Marin MPowerYoga

Ana Marin

Ana Marin is a RYT 200H Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher. She was an athlete in Romania’s National Dance Sport team and started her career as a fitness trainer in 2016.

Since then she attended many workshops and courses, one of them being the Yoga teacher training at Sampoorma Yoga India.

She believes that yoga is a way of living and tries to inspire her students to feel the same thing.

Ana thinks that movement can heal both the body and the mind, this is why her teaching style is dynamic, focusing on the balance between energy and awareness.
