In this revolutionary program you will be challenged to practice yoga and meditation from your own home on a daily basis. You can attend our daily live classes but you can also do your practice later depending on your schedule. Live classes are saved and shared on our Program Facebook Group.
You will also journal on questions that are meant to poke, prod, and peel away layers of your life and personality that cover up your authentic, pure self. If losing weight is something you want to do, you will be given tools to help you examine your diet, and guide you to the changes that will better align with your highest intention.
We will meet online via Zoom for a weekly community meeting where we will share the journey, challenges and triumphs we all have with the program. This meeting exists to empower and enable you in fulfilling the results and interests that are important to you in this program.

According to yogic technology it takes 40 days to change a habit – to retrain the mental process and nervous system. Practicing anything for at least 40 days allows you the opportunity to incorporate it into your being, turn on, wake up, transform!

Yes! We have designed the program so that you can attend any yoga class and meditation. Our facilitators & teachers will be guiding you through the program and any of your questions will be attended. The program starts small (20min required yoga practice and 5 min meditation) and it will grow gradually over time. You will have time to build strength in your body and patience with meditation.
We will have a Facebook Group for the program where we will share on a daily basis as well as on the email for the weekly theme and instructions.
You can attend the daily classes in your own time from the comfort of your home.
