Yes! We have designed the program so that you can attend any yoga class and meditation. Our facilitators & teachers will be guiding you through the program and any of your questions will be attended to.
Alexandra, co-founder of Mpower Yoga, is a RYT 200 Hour Teacher Training and Level One and Two graduate with Baptiste Yoga who is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga as a way of living.
