About us
We are Emilia and Alexandra. We met by chance a few years ago at an event that was promoting experiences in Bucharest. We kept in touch and supported each other’s small businesses. It became clear with time that we have in common many other things besides the yoga practice. But the strongest one, a common dream: to open a yoga studio where we can be free to pass on our own message.

She started walking the yoga road, when she realized that life was more than 9 to 5, meetings and deadlines. And she chose to do something for herself instead, by joining her first 200hrs teacher training, here in Romania. During this time she had somehow of a breakthrough that made her wanting to teach, to transform "doing it for herself" into "doing it for others". But the insecurities were the first obstacle that kept her from expressing herself. Therefore she started her second 200hrs teacher training, this time a Baptiste Methodology Inspired training and she discovered her true self, she discovered her voice and, most importantly, the yoga she wanted to teach.

Emilia is a yoga student and an entrepreneur since she was 22 years old. She travelled the world with her work and lived in very modern metropoles like Vancouver, Los Angeles, Barcelona, etc. In 2016 she followed a program at UCLA to deepen her business knowledge and did an internship at a brand called Popular Demand from which she learned about their engaging and unique way of advertising on social media. After a year she decided to move back to Romania to start her own brand Azuroo. Her love for yoga and experiences in different worldwide studios created her dream of opening a yoga studio in Romania. This studio would be a space where she would promote the transformative power of yoga and ideas of possibility, acceptance, support and happiness.
